For most client websites, a link has been provided in the footer area. The link generally reads like – “Check Email” / “Staff Email” – etc. Only when client asks us not to add such link, then it may not be there; in which case you may try prefixing webmail. to your domain name (example – webmail.yourdomain.xyz) and logging in on the page that opens.
